  • Frances Pollaro, a student in St John, IN, asked about info on Ronald Francis Donohue who was killed in Vietnam in 1968. We provided her with various info from Ancestry.com and NARA (especially links to military sites), and directions for locating an obituary.
  • Clara Brock asked about a marriage license for Nathan Isaacs & Mary Cockerham, 17 Mar 1835. No such record was found in indexes consulted. A recommendation was made that she "Ask a Librarian" at the State Library who may be aware of another resource. She was also recommended to to the city, county building at 200 E. Washington. - "The information desk sent me to the marriage license office and they sent me to room 31 in the subbasement. The lady there found the microfilm of the license and made a copy for me. It was a great find. By the way it is all hand written. Thank you very much for all your help."
  • Stacy Johnson asked for contact info for Oaklandon Cemetery and Spring Valley Cemetery in Lawrence Township. We provided that to her.
