Indianapolis Water Co. Newsletters
Indianapolis Water Company Water Lines Newsletter  
             The Genealogical Society of Marion County Library has several years of Water Lines Newsletters from the 1930's and 1940's. This newsletter was for and by employees of the Indianapolis Water Company. These newsletters are filled with employee names and news items, birthdays and many photos. Researchers are encouraged to visit the Library and look over the entire collection.
             The Society acquired these newsletters when the city water company was privatized in 2004, and the new vendor cleaned out many old historical materials stored in the water company building.
 
Notes: The pages were scanned in the following format.
 
Volume 1 contains issues Jan. thru Jun.  Volume 2 contains issues Jul. thru Dec. You candownload the file as an Adobe PDF, then do a surname search.
The first four issues for 1936 were printed on goldenrod paper, which resulted in a different image quality.
