AKA Brook Hills Park Cemetery.
According to "The History of Warren Township" (Warren Central HS - 1989), this cemetery is just east of Lick Creek that runs through the property. There are believed to be three or four persons buried here, though there is no known burial list. The WPA said the site never used.
