     The Brady Farm Cemetery is in a grove of trees on land once owned by Henny Brady.  It is on private property and is thought to be the oldest cemetery in Warren Township.  Burials were from 1826 to 1885. In January 1864, Henry deeded the cemetery to the county.  (In the deed, he states that his wife and six children are buried here.  He is buried here with the rest of his family).  Student interns with the Warren Township Trustee Office read this cemetery between 2008 and 2011.  The Trustee has also cleaned up the cemetery and refurbished the four remaining markers.

     In April 1945, J. Reilly did a reading of the cemetery and showed 27 persons buried there.  The burials we show came from that list, from verified information on Find A Grave, from "The History of Warren Township" (published by Warren Central HS), from burial information provided by the Warren Township Trustee Office and from a burial list at the Indiana State Library (date & author unknown). We visited & photographed the cemetery in August 2012.
